* mailer: sollte (zumindest auf Wunsch) Vorlagen auflösen und deren Inhalt
auch mailen, zumindest für bestimmte (ev. konfigurierbar?) Vorlagen wie die von
SumDisc
* ev. 'del'-button einrichten in 'mailerreg.py' um die funktion wieder
abschalten zu können
* 'mailerreg.pkl' besser sichern/schützen und auch backupen
* subster: könnte verwendet werden um Seiten zu verbinden (automatisieren)
wie:

* ...
* discsum: speed-up (getSections) since after latest bugfix ([3]) it needs
about 1.5 times the time of that consumed before
