What I'm looking for is a list of which portals have the most interwiki links.
Not which project, but rather which subjects have portals on the highest number
of projects. For example, Portal:Sport (Q6566190) is on 57 wikis while
Portal:Apple Inc. (Q7852935) is only on 6. 

If it helps, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Sven_Manguard/List_of_Portals
contains a list of all portals on English Wikipedia, and I'd be perfectly fine
with someone just taking that list, going to the Wikidata item for each one
there, and sorting those by number of interwiki links.

I'd like to have this done in the next few days, as a few users and I are in
the midst of a major overhaul/cleanup of portals on enWiki, and this would be
useful information to have.
