With the new mw 1.18wmf1 gender specific namespace names were introduced. E.g.
'Benutzer'/'Benutzerin' and so on.

To enable the support for those first update/merge with newest pywikipedia
revision - then check whether it is working... May be other changes will be
needed. But this update to newest pywikipedia rev. should be a good thing
anyway!
