Web browser: --- Bug ID: 59651 Summary: VisualEditor: Unable to select empty section heading (e.g., to remove it) at the end of a page Product: VisualEditor Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: Unprioritized Component: General Assignee: jforres...@wikimedia.org Reporter: wmf.whatamido...@yahoo.com CC: jforres...@wikimedia.org, jh...@wikimedia.org, krinklem...@gmail.com, ryasm...@wikimedia.org Classification: Unclassified Mobile Platform: --- Intention: Remove a blank section heading (==<nowiki/>==) at the end of a page. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Place cursor on blank section heading at the end of the page. 2. Try to select it. Actual Results: Nothing. Also, it's not possible to select the whole line (e.g., to cut and paste it, leaving nothing behind) even after you type something on the section heading. If you type "abc", then you can select and cut "abc" (Note: what it cuts is *not* "==abc=="), but the ==<nowiki/>== will remain. Reproducible: Always You can test this at https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:Whatamidoing_(WMF)/sandbox2&oldid=589158823 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. _______________________________________________ Wikibugs-l mailing list Wikibugs-l@lists.wikimedia.org https://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/listinfo/wikibugs-l
