When viewing diffs with intermediate revisions, a message such as "3
intermediate revisions by one user not shown" is displayed. It is unclear here
whether or not the revisions were made by the same user to make the latest
revision. Instead, it should display either "3 intermediate revisions by the
same user not shown" or "3 intermediate revisions by one other user not shown"
to make it clear which is the case.
