After upgrading from 1.18.3 to 1.22.0, we received the error listed below when
trying to view an article. It seems similar to Bug 56269 and
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Thread:Project:Support_desk/No_login_page_after_1.21.3_to_1.22_upgrade_-_Uncommitted_DB_writes%3F.
