CentralAuth account attachment warnings are not shown during user renaming
process if the old username is input in non-canonical form (e.g. lowercase
first letter, additional spaces).
This is because the RenameUserWarning hook CentralAuth uses receives its
parameters in non-normalized form, exactly as they were input.
