The little panel for editing advanced properties of a date
(ui-inputextender-extension) is severely broken in RTL languages.
Most notably:
* The selector of the time unit (day, month, year, etc.) moves in the wrong
direction.
* The arrows near the time units point in the wrong direction.
This probably has something to do with the ui-listrotator widget.
