The current version (April 22, 2013) of /stores/SMW_ARC2Store.php doesn't include any require_once commands. An older version did, but it looks like the offending line was changed to the one that Leonard recommends on April 15, 2013. The only place I see require_once( $IP/extensions/SemanticMediaWiki/includes/storage/SMW_SQLStore2.php ); is in stores/.svn/text-base/SMW_ARC2Store.php.svn-base .
