Appears towards the end of the page
Steps to reproduce:
1.Open a page with VE
2.Select a text in such way that it selects the whole line
3.Now open the link inspector
Observed Result:
Sometimes the link inspector appears in a broken way and sometimes it appears
little below the text towards the end of the page
