Whilst typing a Flow post, the bottom of screen can be seen "shaking like a
chihuahua out in the cold". Inconsistent. (If anyone can consistently reproduce
it, please give details!)

<ebernhardson> basically if i typed into a textarea the borders or something
would shimmer, like maybe there were being pushed up and back down 1px rapidly
