Biosthmors reports getting a Notification about a student editing a course talk
page, but no such edit appears to have been made. (An article talk edit,
posting a template that linked to the course page, was performed by the
triggering user at approximately the same time as the Notification reported for
the course talk edit.)

I haven't been able to replicate, nor figure out what caused that notification.
