When encountering a page in namespace 104 (and presumably 105), the log does
not display the prefix for the edit done. For example, when an edit was made to
the Spanish page Anexo:Línea temporal de banderas nacionales, the log entry
gave the link simply as ":Línea temporal de banderas nacionales", which of
course leads to an empty page.
When encountering a namespace the bot doesn't recognize (e.g., one that doesn't
exist on English Wikipedia or Commons), it should use the local namespace
modifier in the log so that the link works.
