See the linked diff: CommonsDelinker removed a part of template transclusion
(using `foo` syntax) that contained a name of a deleted image as part of the
title (because the transcluded page was the respective deletion request
(Commons:Deletion request/ImageName).

Note that the transcluded page originally contained a thumb of the deleted
image and it was correctly removed afterwards.
