The content in history page is hidden if it is suppressed, this is causing
confusing wording if a user doesn't have view right:
Bsitu (Talk | contribs) changed the topic title from to This is a new test 5.
Maybe we should make it read:
Bsitu (Talk | contribs) changed the topic title from [suppressed content] to
This is a new test 5.
