e.g.

Load this URL:
http://example.com/BadPath
Page shows:
...
The URL you requested was not found.
Did you mean to type //example.com/wiki/BadPath ?
...
Also, the URL is not hyperlinked. I expect for the protocol to show, e.g.:
...
The URL you requested was not found.
Did you mean to type http://example.com/wiki/BadPath ?
...
