Steps to reproduce:
1. open lightbox
2. enter fullscreen
3. exit fullscreen via some other means than the MMV icon (by pressing ESC, or
by clicking the link provided by the browser)
Expected result:
Lightbox goes back to normal (non-fullscreen) view of the image.
Actual result:
Lightbox closes
