The thumbnails / files are served by an unpuppetized instance deployment-upload
which run a nginx proxy and uses scripts in /data/project/scripts.
We should create a Swift cluster in beta, import the files from
/data/project/upoad7 and points MediaWiki to the Swift cluster.
