The community of Spanish Wikiquote has aproved:
- Enabling Special:Import and configure sources
- Enabling rollbacker group, with "rollback" and "autopatrol" flags
- Enabling autopatrolled group, with "autopatrol" flag
- Enabling patroller group, with "patrol" flag
- Sysop group has the ability of grant/revoke Rollbacker, Patroller,
Autopatrolled, and Confirmed groups.
