Steps to reproduce:]


1.Open a page with VE
2.Select the whole line just preceding a Heading
3.Insert a gallery with some invalid code: for example:


An example image. It has flowers and flowers It has flowers and flowersIt has
flowers and flowersIt has flowers and flowersIt has flowers and flowersIt has
flowers and flowers


Observed Result:
1. The text inside gallery inspector gets overlapped with the heading 
2. After saving you will see the gallery code got inserted in the TOC 
3.The heading got converted to paragraph format
4.The gallery code is appearing just beside the heading in paragraph format (
in addition to appearing inside the gallery)
