Tobi_WMDE_SW added a comment. Another guess: We are not logging in to create new items (as it is not needed and tests are speeded up), so probably the attempts to create items at such a high rate from an unknown IP are recognized as harmful. Could be that the IP from SauceLabs was whitelisted
