  I'm afraid there may still be some millions of duplicates in Wikidata json 
dump.
  
  According to its main page, there are 17.209.354 items in Wikidata. I 
downloaded a Wikidata entities json dump a few days ago and I expected to find 
the same number of items there. However, I counted about 20,568,190 lines, 
20,565,957 of which are items (e.g. entities with an id starting with "Q"). I 
suppose this 3 million items excess is made of duplicate items.
  
  Anyway, I haven't been able to find any actual duplicate, but it's hard to 
search for duplicates in a 69Gb file.
  
  If it matters, the dump I used was latest-all.json.bz2 from 
https://dumps.wikimedia.org/wikidatawiki/entities/ , with date march 28 2016.

  After enabling Flow  I ended up with a small wiki farm. After enabling role 
interwiki I could manage interwiki links at the page special:interwiki. That 
might help in the wikidata role as well.

  The standard says: "If the optional AXIS terms are not present, then the 
default values are assumed". So is it possible to add these "optional axis 
terms" somehow? Can we do this instead of switching the numbers with no 
indication which is which? As @daniel said, this feels like a bad, confusing 
idea.

+1 for the changes. I believe the reason is not only for the WKT
representation, but also to follow the current publication practices of
geodata out thre on the Web.
Two examples in DBpedia and LinkedGeoData:
- http://dbpedia.org/resource/Seattle with the geo:geometry property.
- http://linkedgeodata.org/page/triplify/node29546940 with the property
ogc:asWKT (http://linkedgeodata.org/page/geometry/node29546940)

I guess there are other properties in the Wikidata RDF dataset that just
retrieve lat or long alone.

to be fixed now.
  
  Note that https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Infobox_telescope currently

wrong way.

  `formatDate` is a MediaWiki core function. It accepts a few different 
formats, but they are all so heavily restricted that it's just not possible to 
use `formatDate` to format Wikidata timestamps. For example, Wikidata 
timestamps can have many different precisions, can be negative, can be millions 
of years in the future. `formatDate` does not accept all this.
  
  Please use a proper formatter. There are Lua modules build by the community 
to do this.

  We would like to have a textual representation of SPARQL queries that hides 
all the technical clutter of SPARQL and is enabling non technical users to 
understand and modify SPARQL queries.
  
  An example of textual representation of this query 

 could be:
  
Find instance of space probe
Show image and time of spacecraft launch 
  
  The UI should allow a user to easily change properties and items in that 
textual representation.
  
  A future goal should be that users can also create queries from scratch and 
add or delete triples of existing queries.
  
  (NOTE) It is not a goal to replace SPARQL or to reflect every aspect of an 
SPARQL query.
