Yes model: additionally wrap each lemma in a span indicating lemma language, the container span can stay as is, as the message formatting the (slash) is in UI language.

Yes, I didn't thought about it but commas should be i18ned "،" for Arabic and Persian, "、" for Chinese and Japanese (and maybe others for other languages but I don't know them, is there a list for i18n comma somewhere?).TASK

Rare case clarification request regarding
The shown value follows the pattern "Lemma (Gloss)" - for example: "move (to change position)"
