As a json dump consumer, I have a script run by crontab to retrieve each week the latest dump. Usually the download starts on tuesday and I can work with it on wednesday.

This will be due to the adding of a caption creating the mediainfo entity
in Wikibase, MediawikiEditEntity::getWatchDefault does not take into account slots creation vs page creation when using the "watchcreations" user pref.

Who are you trying to push to move faster? What is the desired outcome of this task?
Fixing these errors is beyond the core services offered by the Cloud Services team.
I guess this would be on #release-engineering-team plate then?
