I had a first look at the code to prepare for story planning:
The code that generates those lines in PHP is in
`\Wikibase\View\TermsListView::getTermView`. However, depending on whether
there is at least one Term or no Term at all for a language, that method

I played around with this a bit, and it seems to that the assumption that
users are able to specify the **order** of languages in the Termbox via Babel,
is false.

That `WikibaseRepoOnParserOutputUpdaterConstruction` hook is apparently what
Lexeme is using (see codesearch

to add `LexemeParserOutputUpdater` to the stack.

`\Wikibase\Repo\ParserOutput\EntityParserOutputDataUpdaterCollection`, which
looks like we could in principle add an `EntitySchemaParserOutputDataUpdater`
to it.
Though going a bit up the call stack, it seems Wikibase has custom code

Thank you for bringing this up again. I had another look and
`'mw.uls.settings.open'` is unfortunately //not// what we need. This hook is
fired when the language selector on a multilingual site like Wikidata or
Commons is opened, so that one can change the UI

We seem to get "lucky" insofar as using the `OnWikibaseRepoDataTypes` hook,
we can just "override" the existing legacy Wikibase Datatype. So they are not
conflicting and this task does not seem to be a blocker for us yet.
