- I'll wrap up the pending patches in the coming week. - TOC on mobile will be taken up in the next phase, on dealing with the extension and skin minerva issues. - Remove banner toc below a threshold browser width, and display it like a normal one. As a starting point, the current patch https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/218672/ on TOC shows a banner TOC only above a browser width of 840px. - We could think of banners of more appropriate dimensions for smaller screens, but if that does not play out, the above default scheme with respect to TOC will be followed.
