Good point, Riccordisamo! We can just not show the create article button if
the article has been deleted before? That sounds like a sensible thing to do
anyway.

2 options we need to discuss:
- show the deleted page warning and link to the placeholder
- show the placeholder and show a little note at the top of the page
I am in favor of the latter.
