I think wikibase-otherprojects: "In order projects" is better since it
follows the style of the mediawiki core language :)

So making them have similar style i can do something like this (agree with me
if its ok)
- wikibase-otherprojects should be: "Other projects in other languages"
- otherprojects should be: "Other projects"
Are they in a similar style now @jeblad?
