Made a bash file with this content:
cd /var/www/html/
sudo chmod 777 -R .
git reset --hard origin/master
git pull
php composer.phar update
cd extensions/Wikibase
git reset --hard origin/master
git pull
php composer.phar update
cd ../WikibaseLexeme/
git reset --hard
