Tgr added a comment. I doubt much can be done about it unless you are willing to error out on page rendering when Wikibase is dead (which would make outages much worse). A more specific tracking category and reduced parser cache TTL would be nice though. (FWIW I am not a Wikibase author.)TASK DETA
