rEWQC mediawiki/extensions/WikidataQualityConstraints is a locally hosted repository.
rEBQC extension-WikibaseQualityConstraints observes https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/p/mediawiki/extensions/WikibaseQualityConstraints
If rEWQC is not needed anymore, we can clean

I don’t directly use either repository, but it looks like EBQC is mirrored from Gerrit while EWQC isn’t, so this sounds reasonable. But I’ll leave it to #repository-admins to decide, they’ll hopefully have a better understanding of the situation.TASK
