PHP 5 is obsolete; use PHP 7.

I'm not sure how to reproduce this:
$ vagrant ssh
vagrant@vagrant:~$ cd /vagrant/mediawiki
vagrant@vagrant:/vagrant/mediawiki$ php5 phpunit.php
-bash: php5: command not found
vagrant@vagrant:/vagrant/mediawiki$ which php5
vagrant@vagrant:/vagrant/mediawiki$
