TASK DESCRIPTION When editing an item using special pages like http://m.wikidata.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:SetLabelDescriptionAliases/Q63529/en one gets redirected to the desktop version of the site. The `action` parameter is generated by `$this->getPageTitle()->getFullUrl()` in `SpecialModifyEntity` which seems to ignore the mobile "m" prefix in the url.
