TASK DESCRIPTION

See prior discussion at T128466: Frontpage of wikidata wiki of the vagrant role wikidata shows error mssage.

Some suggestions are to:

1. Prompt in installer for main page location (only affects new installations when installer is run interactively).
2. In update.php, move the main page (perhaps to Project:Current_Title) and update MediaWiki:Mainpage accordingly.
