TASK DESCRIPTION
@hoo noticed that some icinga checks on WDQS do not send notifications to wdqs-admins. A first attempt to fix this is in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/308989/, trying to add wdqs-admins group to those notifications. This is actually already the case, as wdqs-admins is in the default notification group for all wdqs nodes via hiera. A quick check at the icinga configuration on neon confirms that. The issue is somewhere else and need some digging.
