TASK DESCRIPTION
A few days ago, the favicon of http://query.wikidata.org has changed from a black and white Wikidata logo to a colorful one.
Some users objected that they prefered the previous one, because it could easily be distinguished from the other Wikidata tabs open in the browser.
We need first to investigate on who, when and where this change has been done, then figure out how to rollback this change.
