TASK DESCRIPTION Please add the language codes rm-rumgr, rm-surmiran, rm-sursilv, rm-sutsilv, rm-vallader, rm-puter to the list of language codes supported for monolingual text values. Also pinging @WMDE-leszek on this ticket since it appears to be controversial.
