TASK DESCRIPTION The `launch()` function in `main.ts` is our boundary between our Mediawiki hooks and our app itself. This gets an config object, added in I2129e8fe584f80fbfcef7cb354bbac4deb607d5d <https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/521493>, and a data object containing the information parsed from the overloaded link. We still need an interface for the data object.
