TASK DESCRIPTION
Table of contents created by Extension:WikidataPageBanner at Russian
Wikivoyage is displayed in a very small font, which is perhaps 70% of the
normal font size. My attempt of fixing this issue using
.ext-wpb-pagebanner li.toclevel-1 {
font-size: 100%;
}
was unsuccessful. I have an impression that something simply overwrites our
styles. The issue appeared at the same time as T255102
<https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T255102>, so perhaps they are related.

The TOC should use same font size as the rest of the text
