TASK DESCRIPTION Currently, EntityIdHtmlLinkFormatter implements rendering for labels with fallback and a visible fallback hint. We need the label rendering functionality without the linking for label and description in the top area of entity pages. The relevant functionality could be factored out of EntityIdHtmlLinkFormatter into a new HtmlTermRenderer class. That class would allow the "main" text to be accessed separately from the "hint" part, to allow the "main" part to be linked by EntityIdHtmlLinkFormatter. Alternatively, HtmlTermRenderer could accept an optional link target for rendering the term.
