CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTION

Entities that have required fields should require them in the constructor (see [[https://docs.google.com/document/d/1YwdF4xwmg36vDYgpbuO1xHNmhbCATLg3LOcnAt2VR-0/|discussion document]]). Thus, Lexeme should require the ID, a language, and a lexical category.

This is an alternative proposal to {T162809}.
