Tagishsimon added a comment. I hope 'push[ing] it up the priority list' is not the case. The RfC would need to attract consensus, or even interest, first. What appear to be OWNer-ish facets of signed statements seem antithetical to WD's openness, at least, to me. TASK DETAIL
