As a Commons editor, I want to be able to fix mistakes I notice in structured
data. Currently, the only option to fix a mistake in a statement value is to
completely recreate the statement from scratch, with all the qualifiers and
references it has, and

value, other than removing the entire statement and starting again from scratch.
