The five threads are for bot accounts only. Normal user accounts get single thread with delay.
I have used my own bot account a lot over the years, with previous tools (also 5 threads) and PetScan, without issue.

I just +2ed/ merged all relevant changes. What we do here is not nice, but seems like the best thing we can do offhand… for example MwTimeIsoParser already has a few shortcomings anyway (it wont be able to parse all formatted dates).TASK

The question is whether this is also about Wikidata providing feedback to data donors and other Wikimedia projects on the quality of their data, or if it's about showing how the quality in Wikidata is kept high. If it's the latter I think we're fine.

Suggestion for tooltip wording (see T139357)
"no value" means it can't be (like for children if the person did surely not have children),
unknown means its there but we don't know the value
custom means just it has a value)

To brainstorm:
There could be a button right next to "add citation" with the title "request citation".
That button could bring up a dialog.
That dialog asks provides choices:
① This conflicts with what I believe to be true.
② This statement conflicts with source X.
