There is one problem with proverbs.
e.g. Czech wiktionary has proverbs as sentence
[[cs:Bez práce nejsou koláče.]]
but english wiktionary have
[[en:bez práce nejsou koláče]].
Both are the same, but current strict interwiki linking does not allow to connect them togedher

Seems like the tests are flaky in Firefox but not in Chrome. Last two builds for test.wikidata and beta.wikidata (one that I started manually and one scheduled) are green now:

I checked a few cases here and this seems to be solely a problem with Item merges. I guess this happens when we enqueue the post-Edit updates and the one for the to Item and the one of the from Item are run at the same time.TASK
