Christopher added a comment. @Smalyshev have you tried to read the updated WKT CRS specification http://docs.opengeospatial.org/is/12-063r5/12-063r5.html yet? From what I can interpret, they have now deprecated the 2012 "non-ISO compliant" concatenation of a URI form of CRS and geometry.
