I created a patch that reverts the MCR patches related to RevisionStore, but keeps the change that introduces PageUpdater.
We could deploy the branch with the RevisionStore stuff reverted, and see if it still blows up. Whether or not it does, we'll know more about the

My composer.local.json was always good, I have noticed that the readme was wrong in a desperate attempt to follow the instructions blindly.
