Blazegraph accepts `http.userAgent` but looks like Updater does not. Probably
makes sense to make it do the same.

This feature has been requested several times when adding Wikibase to
OpenStreetMap wiki. I think the very first step we can already do is to make
it possible for gadgets to add edit summary string during the "save" command.
This way we can experiment with the UI

it is a non-fixed text, it may not work.
By the way, we also found that sub-page cannot be converted. In order to
simplify the sub-page name, users use "pgname" or "caption" of

to Wikibase edits.
