TASK DESCRIPTION
  I did the following:
  
  1. Switched to Hebrew.
  2. Entered an Item page.
  3. Clicked the "Edit" button.
  4. Added the name of the item in the desired language (Doesn't matter).
  5. Clicked "Publish"
  
  The phenomenon is that now the page expanded to the left and I can actually 
scroll there until the page disappears while actually there's nothing there 
other than maybe some CSS issues.

TASK DESCRIPTION
  As per Wikidata:Requests for comment/semi-protection to prevent vandalism on 
most used Items 
,
 there is consensus to regularly semi-protect all unprotected Wikidata Items 
used by 500 Wikimedia pages or more. The easiest way is to regularly:
  
  - T226882 , generate the list of 
unprotected Items that are used by 500 Wikimedia pages or more (WMDE);
  - run an open-source bot from Wikimedia Toolforge to semi-protect those Items 
(Wikidata community).
  
  Apart from that we have to:
  
  - detect (unusual) Items that were semi-protected only because of their high 
usage and that have fallen below the threshold,
  - unprotect them.
  
  The list of unprotected and/or very used Wikidata Items is sensitive 
information, so it should be readable by the bot but not publicly available.

  **Acceptance criteria:**
  
  - The list L of QIDs of Wikidata entities E is generated each time T with a 
structure S.
  - E are all the unprotected Wikidata Items whose data is used by 500 
Wikimedia pages or more.
  - T corresponds to a well-known and technically acceptable frequency.
  - T equals or exceeds the approximate frequency with which a significant 
number of Items outside E become part of E.
  - S is just one QID per line, each of which is separated by a Unix-style line 
break.
  - L is not in any particular order.
  - L is available from Wikimedia Toolforge to the bot that will regularly 
semi-protect E.
  - L is not publicly available.
  
  **Open questions:**
  
  - What T is convenient and feasible?
  - Is a stability criterion necessary? E.g., an Item I in E is only listed in 
L if it was already in E in the previous run.

  @Smalyshev : Maybe do it like jsub on the Toollabs: Give an option to add the 
expected runtime? Based on this the load balancer in front of the different 
SPARQL services can assign you a node.
