TASK DESCRIPTION
  `download-extension.sh` fails to get the Elastica and CirrusSearch 
extensions, because ExtensionDistributor no longer distributes `REL1_34`, only 
`REL1_31` (LTS) and `REL1_35` (latest stable):

  Is there another way we can get the REL1_34 URL? (Preferably without 
resorting to scraping the directory index at
